Therefore, it’s possible for you to stay focused and satisfy your clients professionally by providing them with your expertise.

By referring your clients to Tri-City Realty, you can rest assured that your clients have the care and support they need with a property manager. We focus on having a full service property management solution that takes care of the property start to finish.

We want to work with you for many years to come. We make a promise that when the time comes for that client to sell their property we will send them back to the referring agent.

Referral Fees

$400 paid to cooperating brokers for new properties at the time of Lease Commencement.

We are a local brokerage and have extensive knowledge of Fayette and Coweta counties. Therefore, we only accept referrals for properties located in this market area and houses built after 1980.
