Arrange Financing

Interest rates on Investor loans are at historic lows. Lenders will require a down payment of 20% or more. In most cases with these terms, the cash flow will be positive from the beginning - let the tenant pay the mortgage payment. 

Many of our Investors are moving Cash from retirement accounts to let it earn higher returns from rental income. 

Advise on the right Time to Sell

We are in the market daily and can see trends. We can estimate market values and let our investors know when to sell and the taxable consequences of selling an investment property. One of the tools that we use to help our Investors move out of one property and into another is the IRC 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange.
